These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BoardSquire (Pty) Ltd ("BoardSquire," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2020/123456/07). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, rejection by CIPC, or additional charges.
Fees for our services are as set out on our pricing page or as quoted in writing. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via EFT, credit card, or other methods indicated on our invoices.
If you engage an accounting partner through us, their fees are separate and subject to their own terms.
BoardSquire works with carefully selected partners to provide accounting and bookkeeping services. When you request such services, we will introduce you to the relevant partner. Your relationship with the partner is governed by their terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their services or any issues arising therefrom.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BoardSquire or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardSquire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error‑free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by CIPC, SARS, or other regulatory bodies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel a service at any time, but fees already paid are non‑refundable, except as required by consumer protection laws.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable solution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of South Africa, or alternatively, to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
